At Gaieté, your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products. Should you need to return or exchange your purchase, simply follow the instructions below and our team will be ready to assist you.


Return & Exchange Policy

  • A return or an exchange must be requested within 3 days after receiving your items. 
  • All returned and/or exchanged items must be in their original, unused, unaltered, unwashed, unironed conditions with all tags and labels attached.
  • The goods are the customer’s responsibility until they have reached our warehouse. Please ensure to carefully package your returned items in order to avoid damages. This includes the boxes, packaging and tags. Gaieté is not responsible for any items that are returned with damage.
  • All returned and/or exchanged items must be shipped together with their original Gaieté packaging. 
  • Returns are only accepted for faulty goods:
  • Faulty goods: An item is classified as faulty if it presents a technical defect, or if it does not fit for the purpose as described. Items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or misuse are not considered faulty.
  • Colours: We endeavour to dispay the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee their perfect accuracy due to the technical variances of the devices used to view the products. 
  • Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns due to "change of mind" are not accepted
  • Please be aware that the same item can be exchanged for a different size only once.


Refunding & Exchanging

  • Eligible returns will be refunded within 3 days from the day that the items are received back in our warehouse.
  • If the items were purchased using a discount/promotional voucher, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Merchandise must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times.


Return & Exchange Instruction

  • Step 1: Contact Gaieté's Customers Service with your Order reference number. Via: Email - Hotline - Messenger - Instagram
  • Step 2: Request a return and/or exchange that meets the criteria outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • Step 3: Receive shipping instructions from our Customer Service once your return/exchange is approved and confirmed. Please note that if your items are sent to our warehouse without satisfying our Return & Exchange Policy, the items will be sent back to you. Returning/exchanging within Vietnam: free shipping. Returning/exchanging outside Vietnam: shipping fee is required.
  • Step 4: If your items are eligible for a return/exchange, we will process said refund or exchange in line with our Return & Exchange Policy.
